Marcus Trinick

 Marcus is a Partner specializing in planning and environment law, recognized as a leader in these fields. An advocate at over 300 public enquiries, he advises on planning applications and appeals concerning minerals, housing, retail, industrial, energy, and tourism developments. He advises on energy generation projects across the UK and Denmark and on a number of biomass and energy from waste projects, plus aspects of EU environmental law.

Marcus is secretary of BWEA and a member of UKELA, RTPI, and the Wind Energy Associations of European, Republic of Ireland. He is also appointed to the Law Society Planning Panel, the DTI Renewable Energy and Wind Energy Advisory Committees.
